WHOLE UNIVERSE IS INVOLVED IN EVERY SINGLE ACT
Nothing in life happens in isolation. Every breath, every thought, every action arises from an intricate web of forces nature, people, time, karma, and consciousness. Even the smallest act you perform is supported by countless visible and invisible elements. Just as a seed cannot become a tree without sunlight, soil, and rain, no action in your life stands apart from the universe that sustains it.
When you see this interconnectedness, you realise that the universe is participating in every step you take. Grace flows through circumstances, relationships, opportunities, and even obstacles to shape your journey. With this understanding, arrogance dissolves, gratitude flowers, and action becomes effortless. You are not acting alone; the cosmos itself is moving through you. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that universe is involved in everything.

HOW DOES KARMA HINDER IN REMOVING THE SELF?
The car has to stop. There is a past momentum, a karmic momentum. So for some time, there might be some problems. But all that would eventually dissolve because no fresh karma would be accumulated.
-Sri Bhagavan
One is a Prisoner of Thoughts
When the mind is filled with relentless thinking, you become confined within its walls. Thoughts pull you into the past, push you into the future, and bind you with fear, desire, and confusion. As long as you are identified with your thoughts, you live as a prisoner inside your own psychological patterns. You mistake these thoughts for yourself and lose touch with the reality of the present moment.
But the moment you begin to see your thoughts, a sacred distance is created. You realise that thoughts arise and pass, while you remain the silent awareness behind them. In this seeing, the prison door opens on its own. Freedom does not come by fighting thoughts, but by witnessing them. Then Grace flows, the mind becomes quiet, and you experience the joy of simply being untouched, unbound, and deeply alive. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that one is a prisoner of thoughts.

One is not there without the other
One is not there without the other
In this creation, nothing exists in isolation. Light is known only because there is darkness, joy is felt because sorrow exists, and life is meaningful because death accompanies it. Duality is the very fabric of human experience. One pole gives birth to the other, and together they create the dance of existence. To reject one is to misunderstand the completeness of life. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that one is not there without the other.
When you see this truth directly, conflict within you dissolves. You no longer resist what life brings, for you recognise that every experience draws its meaning from its opposite. Acceptance arises, and with acceptance comes freedom. In this understanding, you move closer to the state of Oneness, where opposites are no longer seen as divisions but as complementary expressions of the same Divine flow.
You are craving to be something which you are not, is the problem with you.
Sri Paramjyothi
——
You exist in a state of alienation from all life.

HOW TO REMOVE THE SELF?
That is Awakening. When you get awakened, the Self dissolves. Basically, if the Self goes, all problems should go.

Opportunities disguised as obstacles too
Opportunities disguised as obstacles too
Life does not always present growth in pleasant or comfortable forms. Many opportunities arrive wrapped in the appearance of difficulty. What seems like an obstacle is often the Divine’s way of awakening hidden strength, deepening wisdom, and unfolding your true potential. When you resist the obstacle, you miss the gift within it; when you face it with awareness, its blessing reveals itself.
When your perception is transformed, you begin to see that every challenge carries a doorway to something higher. An obstacle may redirect you, refine you, or prepare you for a greater destiny. As you embrace these moments with trust, you discover that Grace has placed them in your path not to break you, but to elevate you. In this understanding, obstacles cease to be burdens-they become steps toward your evolution. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to perceive and handle obstacles as opportunities.
Ego leads to failure of intelligence
Ego is the veil that clouds true intelligence. When the mind is dominated by pride, desire, or the need to assert “I,” it cannot see clearly. Decisions are then guided by self-interest, fear, or attachment rather than wisdom. The vast intelligence of life is always present, but the ego blocks its flow, leading the mind into error, confusion, and eventual failure.
But when the ego dissolves, awareness awakens and intelligence flows effortlessly. The mind perceives situations as they are, without distortion, and responds with clarity, creativity, and balance. Success then arises naturally-not from striving or control, but from alignment with the Divine intelligence constantly manifests within you. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to overcome ego
WHAT IS UNCONDITIONAL JOY?
WHAT IS UNCONDITIONAL JOY?
This joy does not depend on whatever you are gaining or whatever you are losing. It is just there. You could be anybody. You might be the world’s most powerful man, the world’s most richest man, but you would not have this joy unless you experience reality as it is, and unconditional love.
-Sri Bhagavan
When you are integral, you will not react but you will respond to the situation
When you are integral, you will not react but you will respond to the situation
When you are truly integral, your being is aligned-your thoughts, emotions, and actions flow in harmony. In such a state, you are not pushed or pulled by inner conflict or unconscious patterns. You are present, rooted, and real. Integrity connects you to the Divine intelligence within, allowing you to stand in clarity rather than in confusion.
From this inner alignment, you naturally stop reacting from old wounds and conditioning. Instead, you respond from awareness, compassion, and wisdom. Your actions become conscious expressions of grace rather than blind impulses of the past. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan for integrity to blossom with awakened response.

SADHANA TO STAY WITH WHAT IS
SADHANA TO STAY WITH WHAT IS.~SRI BHAGAVAN
”Do this meditation 10 minutes in the morning or 10 minutes at night before going to sleep. Basically it is forming new neural connections in the brain as you do it regularly. This Sadhana (practice) can be done every time there is an emotional disturbance. You get best effect if you do it regularly.
-
Turn your attention inward. Invoke the Presence.
-
Take 5 deep breaths –inhale mouth, exhale nose.
-
Put yourself in a state of gratitude. This helps the neurons in your brain to be more receptive.
-
Tell yourself: “I give myself permission to feel anything. Anything.” Say it with affection. This is truly a non violent approach. You can feel anything inside. It does not hurt you or anyone else when you stay with it in your inner world in this practice. What exactly am I feeling? Not the name of the feelings, but what exactly are my thoughts. Be specific. Actually see it. Knowing is different from seeing. Allow yourself to see it.
-
Say: “This is the Truth right now.” What is here now might not be there the next moment, but stay with what is here right now.
-
Say: “Truth is never about the other. Truth is never about me. Truth is about What Is.”
-
Thank the Presence.

Sri Bhagavan on Gratitude
Millions of devotees across the world, express their gratitude towards Sri Amma Bhagavan for having done so many miracles in their lives and for whatsoever they have been blessed with in their personal, professional and spiritual life.
Sri Bhagavan says “The hallmark of greatness is gratitude. Unfortunately people do not have this with them. Lack of gratitude, hinders growth. When observed carefully, every creature is indebted to Planet Earth for all that it has received. When a child is born, the child owes his/her gratitude to the mother for feeding him/her. Then the child expresses gratitude to the father for the security he provides. As a student the child owes gratitude for the knowledge and wisdom received from teachers. One also owes gratitude for the knowledge of life experience received from the forefathers”.
In our daily life, we owe a lot to many people, but nobody realises the significant role others play in our life. For example, everyday we get to know what is happening around the world only by reading newspapers. How many of us would have thought about this and expressed our thanks at least once in our life time to the paper boy who ensures that we get our newspaper everyday regularly. Also, milk packets are delivered at our doorsteps each morning. How many of us have ever ‘thanked’ the person, even once, who places the milk packets, on time for our morning beverages to start the day, be it the rainy season, summer or winter, whatever, … forget thanking; how many of us even thought of it till today. Remember, if there is no milk or paper, we can’t start the day joyfully. Similarly we need to be thankful to many people known and unknown to us, for having helped us spend every day in this world with our day to day activities, such as bus drivers, auto drivers, house maids, scavengers, shop keepers, security guards, etc. We have all become machines and think that this is everyone’s duty, anyways. Sri Bhagavan says, gratitude is the golden key for helping the flowering of the heart. We need to even be thankful to plants, animals and the whole of God’s creation.
When one inculcates the sensitivity to recognize these Blessings and when the heart dwells in the state of gratitude, one realizes that this Universe is bountiful and every moment of one’s life is Divinely guided with the Grace of God. Gratitude is the highest expression of emotion in humans as it signifies the evolution of one’s consciousness.
Change the meaning you attach to a life experience to change your life🙏
A RETURN TO ONENESS BETWEEN THE VARIOUS SYSTEMS OF THE HUMAN BODY IS RETURN TO HEALTH
Health is the natural state of the body when there is harmony among all its systems - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. When these movements function in unity, life energy flows without obstruction. Disease arises when there is division - when one part is in conflict with another, when emotions are suppressed, or thoughts create tension. Separation within the body is disorder; unity within is health.
A return to oneness within these systems is therefore a return to health. When the body, mind, and heart move together in alignment with Divine intelligence, healing happens naturally. You need not fight disease; you need only restore balance and connection. In that sacred harmony, grace flows, cells respond, and the entire being becomes radiant with the presence of the Divine. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to return to perfect health.
WHAT ARE TWO KINDS OF PROBLEM?
They are of two kinds created problem and real problem. So whenever you tell us “this is our problem”, we know that it is a created problem. The real problem is something else. So how to get there, stay with it.
-Sri Bhagavan
Death is the most beautiful experience you could imagine
Death is the most beautiful experience you could imagine
Death, when seen through the eyes of awakening, is the most beautiful experience you can imagine. What you call death is not an end, but a great return - the dissolving of the limited self into the vast ocean of consciousness. In that moment, all struggle ceases, all separation disappears, and there is only peace, silence, and an indescribable lightness of being.
For the awakened one, death is not something to be feared but to be embraced as the final liberation. The Divine reveals itself fully when the “I” is no more. To die before you die - to let go of the false self while living - is to taste that beauty even now. Then life and death are no longer opposites; they are one continuous flow of Divine love and eternal existence. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that there is life beyond death.
WHY IS THERE SURGE OF NEGATIVITY?
When survival is threatened, negativity would automatically go up. They have a close link. Negativity, survival and security are closely linked. When that is threatened, it will automatically go up.
-Sri Bhagavan
