The very first step towards your liberation is not to escape your suffering or to deny it, but to become deeply aware of it. Most people are suffering and yet are unconscious of it. They mask their inner pain with distractions, achievements, or spiritual ideas. But as long as you are not conscious that you are suffering, there is no possibility of transformation.
When you truly see your suffering not run away from it, not justify it, not cover it - but feel it fully and honestly, a great shift begins. This awareness itself is grace. It is the beginning of your journey into truth, into freedom, into a life beyond conflict and pain. Only in the light of awareness can healing begin. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to become aware of the suffering.

Before entering the dharma, I was introverted, uncertain, and fearful. But after discovering Sri Amma Bhagavan during my college days, my life transformed. My wishes were fulfilled and I felt like a princess, joyful and fearless.
However, despite worldly successes, I struggled with inner world and often got hurt or suffered when things didn’t go as planned. Attending Sri Bhagavan’s Mukthi Moksha class marked a 360° turnaround in my life. I began to grasp the Lord’s teachings and encounter mystical experience with higher beings like Arabindo and Krishna consciousness during the processes.
These experiences shifted my response towards life situations, and I started flowing with life. There was great shift in the inner world as the witness consciousness became high. The Satyalokha homa further deepened my connection, discovery, and devotion to Sri Amma Bhagavan.
Even in tough times, divine compassion elevated me to higher states of consciousness, filling me with causeless joy and love. Sri Amma Bhagavan’s inner guidance and presence are magnificent, and I feel their presence every second.
I’ve come to see suffering and joy as two sides of the same coin, without resistance. Life is a wonderful experience, and I’m grateful to Sri Paramjyothi Amma Bhagavan for this beautiful inner state. My humble prostrations at the divine lotus feet of dearest Sri Amma Bhagavan, for blessing me with your compassion and guidance.

Offering food to Sri Amma Bhagavan Srimurthi is our regular practice. Amma Bhagavan tasted many of them.
Recently, we offered Fruit cake and Amma Bhagavan tasted them.
On Tamil New year’s day, we offered Chakkara Pongal and Amma Bhagavan has consumed a small portion of it.
Quite often, we find coins sticking to the wall near Amma Bhagavan’s Srimurthi.

We took sankalpa for our new home in last year’s Homa. As prayed Amma Bhagavan blessed us with a wonderful home this year suiting our needs.
Our home is a 5 BHK individual house. We were blessed to buy the house for almost Rs.8 crores. We have a separate Pooja area and a huge garden space, exactly as we prayed and visualised in Homa.
Our house number is 37 (March 7th, Sri Bhagavan’s birthday). We got keys on the 22nd Jan 2024, the day Ramar Temple Pranaprathishtai happened in Ayodhya. I see this home as Amma bhagavan’s own and a gift to our family.
By the Divine Grace of Sri Amma Bhagavan, we were able to fulfill our desire for a new home. Thank you so much dear Amma Bhagavan.

I was studying engineering when, all of a sudden, the vision in my left eye became blurry. The doctor examined me and said that I needed surgery and that it had to be done within three weeks.
I participated in the Sahasranama Homa and prayed that this should be healed without surgery. The day after the homa, while I was lying down at home, my left eye suddenly started rotating rapidly. This wasn’t a normal condition. I felt that Amma Bhagavan had arrived. I went to the puja room and received deeksha from the padukas. The padukas moved. I realized Amma Bhagavan had truly come.
I prayed to Amma Bhagavan and asked that my mother also receive deeksha. The padukas went to my mother and gave her deeksha too. Then I requested deeksha for my brother. The padukas moved towards him and gave him deeksha as well. Once the deeksha was over, the padukas returned to the puja room. We were all filled with Divine Grace, realizing Amma Bhagavan were truly with us.
The next day, we visited the doctor again. After examining me, the doctor said with amazement that my eye was completely healed. I no longer needed any surgery. I offer my infinite thanks to Amma Bhagavan for this miraculous and astonishing Healing Grace.
