Thoughts are not who you are; they arise automatically from the mind, much like clouds drifting across the sky. The mind is a constant flow of thoughts, shaped by past conditioning and experiences, but these thoughts do not define you. True understanding comes from realizing that you are the observer of these thoughts, not the thinker.
When you detach from the identification with the mind, you discover a deeper presence within. This presence is your true nature, untouched by the incessant chatter of the mind. By cultivating awareness and observing your thoughts without judgment, you transcend the limitations of the mind and connect with the divine consciousness that resides within you. Let’s pray to Sri Amma bhagavan to understand that you are not your thoughts.
