Be active externally, be passive internally.

Engage fully with the world, yet remain anchored in inner stillness. This approach allows us to live with energy, focus, and purpose, while at the same time resting in a space of inner quiet that no external circumstance can disturb. When we act from this balance, we respond to life with strength and poise, moving through challenges with a heart that remains untouched by turmoil.

To be active externally and passive internally is to live in a state of inner surrender, where we allow life to unfold without resistance. This inner passivity is not a withdrawal from life, but rather a deep alignment with a higher consciousness. From this place of surrender, our actions flow naturally, allowing us to live fully engaged and at ease in every moment, guided by a wisdom greater than ourselves. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to balance external and internal world
