What do we mean by that? Suppose you are full of jealousy, we do not tell you ‘be free of jealousy’. We tell you, in several words like many different shots, we tell you ‘be a witness to that. Be a witness to that jealousy; Experience that jealousy, hold that jealousy, stay with that jealousy. This way we are giving a different shots so that you can see it from a different view.
