Sri Bhagavan: You must learn the art of looking at fear. When you start looking at fear, you begin to realize that the other side of fear is freedom. Once you get that insight, experiencing becomes very very easy.

WHERE THERE IS LOVE THERE IS LIFE; HATRED LEADS TO DESTRUCTION
When there is love, life flourishes, and every aspect of existence radiates harmony and joy. Love is the essence of creation, the foundation upon which all relationships, growth, and happiness are built. When our hearts are filled with love, we naturally connect with the Divine, experience abundance, and nurture life in its most beautiful form. Love unites, heals, and transforms, making life a celebration of divine grace and unity.
Hatred, on the other hand, is a force of division and destruction. Hatred separates us from others and from the Divine, leading to suffering and conflict. It destroys peace, harmony, and prosperity, causing the soul to wither in isolation and pain. Only through awakening to the power of love and compassion can one transcend hatred and experience the profound grace of the Divine Presence, bringing peace and fulfillment to every aspect of life. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan for heart flowering.

What is inner integrity?
I hope from this moment you will just see what is going on. Don’t try to do anything to it. There is nothing to do to it. That is the truth, that is inner integrity, that is being authentic. Don’t be indifferent to it, please, but be intensely aware of it. That’s all you have to do.
