Mind constantly labels, compares, and separates - creating a sense of ‘me’ and ‘the other.’ This division is the root of all inner conflict and suffering. It does not see things as they are, but through the filters of past experiences and conditioning. As long as you are identified with the mind, there will always be separation, judgment, and fear.

True transformation begins when you observe the mind without resistance or judgment. In that awareness, the grip of the divisive mind begins to loosen. What remains is a state of oneness, a deep connection with all that is. This is the beginning of true love and peace. Let grace do its work - just see, just be. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand the nature of mind.
