The mind is the one that constantly judges and labels experiences, people, and situations as either perfect or imperfect. All things simply are - beyond the dualities created by thought. Reality is complete in itself; it is the mind that fragments and divides it based on conditioning.

When the mind becomes silent and stops measuring life, the experience of existence becomes effortless and beautiful. There is no striving for perfection, nor is there resistance to imperfection. Everything is seen as an expression of the Divine as it is. True peace arises not from changing the external world, but from the deep realization that perfection and imperfection are merely projections of our thinking mind. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that imperfection only lies in thoughts.
