Thought is unreal

Thought is unreal because it is merely a shadow of what has been. It is the echo of memory, the residue of experience - never the living truth of this moment. Thought can describe life, but it can never touch the reality of life itself. It is like mist trying to grasp the the more it reaches, the more it dissolves. sun

When you see the unreality of thought, you stop identifying with it. You no longer get lost in its stories of fear, guilt, or desire. In that seeing, the mind becomes quiet, and what remains is pure awareness vast, silent, and real. That is the realm of the Divine, where existence simply is, untouched by the illusions created by thought. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that thought is unreal.
