Devotee: Dear Bhagavan, you have mentioned that Awakening is a journey. That staying with the “what is” is an effort that one needs to continue to master. At times, the unpleasant experiences are very much unbearable or that they occur frequently, how does one continue to function without risking being addicted to stay with the feelings. Or is it possible that one can be addicted to do so? Thank you Bhagavan.

Sri Bhagavan: If while staying with the' what is', it gives you pain, then you are not staying with the ‘what is’. When you really stay with the ‘what is’, it becomes joy then therefore it becomes addictive. In due course it becomes automatic and it is like breathing. You in fact begin to wonder how did I miss this all these years.

TO EXPERIENCE REALITY AS IT IS DOES NOT NEED ANY EFFORT.

~ Sri Amma Bhagavan

LETTING GO OF THE NEED TO CONTROL IS SURRENDER.

Who is witnessing?

It is only you who are witnessing yourself. That is nothing extraordinary. You have the witness Self, the authentic Self, the shadow Self so many Self you have. The most commonly known is the inauthentic Self. Behind that is the Shadow Self. We won’t go to that now. But then you could also become the Witness Self.

-Sri Bhagavan

LETTING GO OF THE NEED TO CONTROL IS SURRENDER

Letting go of the need to control is not about resignation, but rather a profound trust in the divine flow of life. When we release our tight grip on outcomes and stop trying to force situations to align with our personal desires, we open ourselves to a greater intelligence and wisdom. In that surrender, we make space for grace to enter, allowing us to experience life with a deeper sense of connection and harmony.

Surrendering is an act of faith, a leap into the unknown where we accept that we are guided by a higher consciousness. By letting go of our attachment to control, we shed the fears and anxieties that often keep us bound to patterns of suffering. Instead, we embrace the divine will, which knows what is best for us beyond our limited understanding. In surrender, there is a profound freedom that arises, as we align ourselves with the natural flow of existence. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to surrender completely.

How to handle jealousy?

What do we mean by that? Suppose you are full of jealousy, we do not tell you ‘be free of jealousy’. We tell you, in several words like many different shots, we tell you ‘be a witness to that. Be a witness to that jealousy; Experience that jealousy, hold that jealousy, stay with that jealousy. This way we are giving a different shots so that you can see it from a different view.

-Sri Bhagavan

START THE JOURNEY FROM WHERE YOU ARE NOT FROM WHERE YOU WANT TO BE

True transformation begins with accepting where we currently are, rather than fixating on where we wish to be. When we become deeply aware of our current state, we acknowledge our true emotions, limitations, and strengths. This honesty allows us to release any illusions or pressures of perfection and helps us grow from a space of authenticity. The journey of spiritual growth, therefore, begins with embracing ourselves as we are, without resistance or denial.

By focusing on the present moment, we invite divine grace to guide us on a journey that is natural and attuned to our own rhythms. Yearning to start from an imagined ideal state can disconnect us from the opportunities, lessons, and blessings of the now. When we walk our path with acceptance, we align with the flow of divine energy, allowing true transformation and growth to unfold with ease. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to start from where we are.

BHAGAVAT SAKSHATKAR EXPERIENCE - Nov 8, 2024

Namaste, Sri Amma Bhagavan sharanam

I am new to the Dharma and have been attending most of the MMY classes, through which I have developed a very close bond with Sri Amma Bhagavan. I used to think that people experienced physical miracles in their homes, but I hadn’t witnessed any such manifestation in mine.

One day, however, we were surprised to see some unusual dots in the water bottle that we keep in front of the Srimurti. Initially, I thought it might just be a trick of the mind. But, amazingly, for the entire week afterward, Soma appeared in the bottle with even stronger bubbles. When we drank the water, it was sweet and pleasant in taste. My daughter, our pet dog, and I all shared the soma. It was a profoundly therapeutic experience, instantly relieving all body aches and pains.

This physical manifestation of Sri Amma Bhagavan’s presence in our home and in my heart is beyond words. Thank You, my beloved Sri Amma Bhagavan, for such an incredible experience. Jai Bolo ParamJyoti Amma Bhagavan ki Jai! Koti koti pranam and gratitude.

WEALTH MIRACLE - Nov 8, 2024

Namaste, Sri Amma Bhagavan Sharanam

I work in a bank, and I couldn’t find an important form for over a month. I searched through bundles of files but was unable to locate it.

Then, just before an inspection at my bank, I prayed to Sri Amma Bhagavan to help me find the form as it was very important. Miraculously, I discovered the form in the same file I had been searching through for a month, and I was saved.

My heartfelt thanks to Sri Amma Bhagavan for always being there for me and protecting me. koti Koti dhanyavad.

HEALTH MIRACLE - Nov 8, 2024

Namaste, Sri Amma Bhagavan Sharanam

My journey started in June 2006, when I participated in the Sudarshan Havan with my family in Nemam. Since then, I have been blessed to join various processes, including the Sahasranama Homa, and have had the privilege to serve in the Havans held at Satyaloka. Miracles have continuously occurred, and even without specific prayers, things align on their own.

Recently, on August 25, 2024, after the Mukti Moksha class, I participated in the process at night. This process was deeply impactful; my beloved Sri Amma Bhagavan relieved me of the occasional pain I had on the right side of my chest. My heartfelt gratitude goes to my benevolent Sri Amma Bhagavan for this profound healing and to all the dasas for their support. Koti koti dhanyawad, Anant koti dhanyawad my Supreme Doctor Sri Amma Bhagavan. Jai bolo Arogya Pradata, Raksha Pradata, Sri ParamJyoti Amma Bhagavan ki Jai ho! Always at Your Lotus Feet.

Devotee: Sometimes I feel very empty inside and cannot see my life purpose. Is there anything that I could do to fulfill this emptiness Bhagavan ?

Sri Bhagavan: Well escaping from the emptiness is what all people do, but what oneness is suggesting is do not escape from the emptiness but soak in it, stay with it, embrace it, do all these things and see what happens!

In the inner world you do nothing. In the external world you must do everything.

START THE JOURNEY FROM WHERE YOU ARE NOT FROM WHERE YOU WANT TO BE.

Is being immortal possible?

People who follow the siddha tradition, normal people undergo certain sadanas and practices and they acquire some siddhis and with these siddhis, they acquire more siddhis. And the whole Idea is to become immortal; not to live in this body, not like that; but to be immortal in other places but still be functioning on Earth. That kind of immortality

-Sri Bhagavan

Sri Bhagavan on goal of Oneness

The ultimate goal of Oneness is total freedom. If you follow a teacher or a particular path, then that very teacher and that very path binds you and prevents you from becoming totally free. It is only when all paths drop off, you’ll discover your path. If there are 7 billion people on the planet, then there are 7 billion unique paths to freedom and you have got to discover your own path. Oneness helps you to discover your path. If you make Oneness into a path, it will automatically drop off after some time. At that point of time, you get your total freedom.

Everything in our life is destined by the divine and our role is to execute the divine plan.

A truth that will hurt others remains untruth

Truth is not merely about facts or opinions; it is about fostering harmony, compassion, and understanding. A truth that causes harm or creates suffering, no matter how factual it may seem, is not aligned with the deeper essence of truth. True wisdom understands that words or actions rooted in kindness and empathy are what allow truth to uplift and connect, rather than divide.

Therefore, truth must be expressed in a way that nurtures and heals, for only then does it serve its highest purpose. When words or actions cause hurt, they stray from the path of true understanding and compassion. In this light, truth becomes not only a reflection of reality but a force that binds people in love, guiding them towards unity and transformation. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand the nature of truth.

A truth that will hurt others remains untruth.
