Inner integrity is a tool to see what is happening inside you

Inner integrity is a tool to see what is happening inside you

your fears, Inner integrity is the sacred art of seeing yourself as you are, without denial or justification. It is the light that reveals the hidden movements of your mind judgments, desires, and motives. When you are deeply honest with yourself, the unconscious begins to unfold before your eyes. This seeing itself brings transformation, for awareness is the fire that purifies.

Through inner integrity, you cease to live in illusion. You begin to witness how every thought and emotion arises and shapes your actions. In that observation, there is no condemnation - only understanding. And in that understanding, grace flows. What was dark becomes light, what was divided becomes whole, and you awaken to the Divine presence silently guiding you from within. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to develop inner integrity.

WHY CAN’T I SEE MYSELF?

You don’t like the feeling of feeling guilty, feeling bad. So everything is nicely decorated. All that rubbish in you is nicely decorated.

It’s all hiding inside. That is your problem. You’ve never seen yourself.

-Sri Bhagavan

AM I GOOD PERSON?

You know very little about yourself, but you seem to know so much about others and the fact is if you look into yourself you know what you’ll find there? Everybody wants to think nicely about themselves, to think good about themselves.

-Sri Bhagavan

All suffering comes from thought

All suffering comes from thought

All suffering arises from thought. It is not life itself that causes pain, but the mind’s interpretation of it. A situation is simply what is, but the moment thought interferes judging, resisting, comparing - suffering begins. The mind continuously weaves stories of “what should be” and “what should not be,” creating an inner conflict that becomes your pain.

When thought quiets, suffering ceases instantly. In that silence, there is only pure experience - free from labels, free from struggle. You see life as it is, and that seeing is freedom. Then even challenges are no longer suffering, for they are met in awareness, not resistance. In that sacred space beyond thought, the Divine reveals itself as peace, love, and unbroken joy. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that suffering comes from thoughts.

Your experience of life is what you experience in your relationships.

Sri Paramjyothi

All suffering comes from thought.

The mind cannot go beyond space and time

The mind cannot go beyond space and time

The mind exists only within the boundaries of space and time. It can think only in terms of past and future, here and there. Every movement of thought is tied to memory and imagination - both belonging to time. The mind cannot conceive of the eternal, for it itself is a creation of time. Whatever the mind tries to grasp beyond these limits becomes distorted by its own structure.

timeless, But beyond the mind lies pure awareness spaceless, infinite. When the mind falls silent, you awaken to that dimension where there is no here or there, no before or after. In that sacred stillness, you realize your true nature is not bound by time or space; it is the Divine Presence itself - eternal, limitless, and ever free. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that mind cannot go beyond space and time.

——

DO I REALLY KNOW MYSELF?

You do not realize that while you know so much about the other person you know very little about yourself.

-Sri Bhagavan

The cause of psychological suffering is lack of love

The cause of psychological suffering is lack of love

When love is absent, the heart becomes dry and the mind restless. In that inner emptiness, thoughts begin to wound, comparisons begin to burn, and desires turn into chains. The mind, disconnected from love, moves in fear and isolation, creating endless stories of hurt and longing. This is the root of psychological suffering - the sense of separation born when love is not flowing.

Love is not something to be attained; it is what remains when the walls of judgment and resistance collapse. When you are deeply connected to yourself, to others, to life - suffering dissolves on its own. Love is the natural fragrance of a heart that has stopped fighting with life. In the presence of love, the mind is quiet, the heart is whole, and there is only peace. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to give and receive pure love to end the psychological suffering.

HOW LYING STOPS US FROM SEEING TRUTH?

The thoughts are so full of lies from the ego going on thinking, continuously covering up things because if it does not go on thinking, the truth will be exposed and you do not want to see the truth about yourself.

-Sri Bhagavan

——

Life is to be lived and not to be questioned.

Sri Paramjyothi

What should I do if mind has to stay put at one point?

CONCENTRATION

Padapranams Sri Bhagavan, What should I do if mind has to stay put at one point?

Sri Bhagavan: See, the mind,

breath and kundalini form a triangle. If you tamper with one you’ll be tampering the other two. Suppose the breath is not constant or steady, the mind also will not be constant and steady. Similarly if the kundalini is vibrating too much, then also the mind will be unstable. Kundalini will start vibrating depending on the temperature, air pressure, depending on the kind of people around, depending on the food you’ve eaten, the clothes you are wearing - so many factors.

So as the kundalini is vibrating, the mind also becomes unsteady and becomes unfocused. So also is breath. In fact breath is a crucial element and most people do not even know how to breathe. That’s why I often say that, children must be taught in school as to how to really breathe.

When this is done, you’ll actually find that the mind becomes steadied. Without setting right these two things the mind will be very shaky. And of course if you are not able to do these things, you can very well ask me inside and I will steady it. And you’ll have a very focused mind. It’s not very difficult to achieve.

Sri Bhagavan

HOW TO STOP LYING?

If you want to stop speaking lies you have to practice inner integrity. And as lies reduce there is no need for thoughts to go on working like this.

-Sri Bhagavan

TRUTH IS ALWAYS SIMPLE TO COMPREHEND

TRUTH IS ALWAYS SIMPLE TO COMPREHEND

Truth is never complicated; it is the mind that makes it so. The mind thrives on analysis, comparison, and endless questioning, creating layers of confusion around what is inherently simple. Truth reveals itself not through effort, but through stillness - when the mind becomes quiet, truth stands naked, self-evident, needing no explanation.

In simplicity lies the beauty of the Divine. When you stop seeking and simply observe, truth shines by itself like the sun breaking through the clouds. It is always here, waiting to be seen. The more innocent and open you are, the clearer it becomes. In that simplicity, you discover that truth is not something to be understood it is something to be lived. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that truth is simple to comprehend.

——

CAN I SPEAK ONLY TRUTH?

Unresolved hurt would only further problems in your relationship.

Sri Paramjyothi

——

LIBERATION FROM THE SELF

Self is the sense of separate existence. Whenever there is the ‘me’ and the ‘other’ the result is fear fear of what the other would do to me. Out of fear, struggle for survival, comparison, jealousy, hatred, all the rest are born. Sri Bhagavan says, “Self is only a concept”. A concept by definition is something that does not exist in reality. It is an illusion.

——

CAN I SPEAK ONLY TRUTH?

All the time you are speaking lies and if you speak the truth, you would destroy society.

But if you don’t speak the truth you will lead a life of lies which has its own harmful effects.

-Sri Bhagavan

A child is an explorer

LA child lives in a state of wonder - every moment is new, every experience a discovery. There is no burden of the past, no fear of the future, only the joy of exploring what is. In that innocence, the child lives in communion with life, fully open to its mystery. This openness is the natural state of consciousness before it becomes clouded by conditioning.

To live like a child is to return to that state of pure exploration to look, to feel, to experience without judgment or conclusion. When you rediscover this childlike quality, you begin to live in the Divine Presence itself. Every breath, every sound, every sight becomes a revelation. The universe unfolds before you not as something to be conquered, but as something to be wondered at and loved. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that every child is an explorer.

Atma Sakshatkara Experience 20th October, 2025

Namaste.

Sri Amma Bhagavan Sharanam.

With the divine grace of Amma Bhagavan and with the loving guidance of Dasaji, now I am able to understand life and align with it effortlessly. Every month I eagerly await Sri Bhagwan’s Mukthi Moksha class and feel a deep inner shift with the Grace of my Divine.

Earlier, I was struggling with inner chatter and emotional pain, was unable to overcome. But through Dasaji’s guidance in the Mukthi Moksha sessions, Bhakti Gana Yagna, and conferences, I now experience inner calmness, compassion and acceptance and I can witness the mind with inner integrity and also without any judgement. I’ve learned that everyone of us is controlled and guided by the Universe for our actions and that awareness has brought me immense peace. Earlier I was aggressive in my work, but now I handle everything with ease and grace and I am feeling anandha state at every work I do.

With Amma Bhagavan’s grace, I can invoke their presence upon wish and able to pray for others by experience their suffering. So their prayers are being answered quickly.

Although I couldn’t attend Navaratri Homa in person or in offline this year, I was still blessed with Sugandha Soma through divine grace.

With folded hands, I offer my deepest gratitude to Sri Amma Bhagavan for their unconditional love and guidance in every step of my life.

Health Miracle 20th October, 2025

Namaste.

Sri Amma Bhagavan Sharanam.

I offer my heartfelt gratitude to my beloved Divine parents for blessing me with great health after attending BGY.

Due to my high sugar levels, I was admitted in ICU and took insulin 3 times in a day. By the Grace of Sri Amma Bhagavan my sugar levels have come down to normal range consistently for the past 6 months. Now I’m prescribed to take oral medicines alone and that gave me greater strength and relief in my life.

And also I had lot of complications due to high thyroid level. Now My thyroid level has become normal only by the incredible blessings of my compassionate Divine. Doctor has adviced me to stop thyroid medicines temporarily and repeat the test after two months. I once again owe my health to my divine parents. Thank you dasaji.

Ever at the Lotus Feet of my Divine Parents….

Wealth Miracle 20th October, 2025

Namaste.

Sri Amma Bhagavan Sharanam.

When I first came to Sri Amma Bhagavan Dharma, our family faced a lot of financial problems and emotional problems due to the sudden loss of my mother.

After attending homas, Darshans classes every year, I was able to witness an enormous progress in my career.

By the time I was assistant professor in a Medical College. With Divine Grace, I published many articles under the profound guidance of my HOD which earned me lot of rewards, name and fame. I was one among the Top seven from India to get selected for Commonwealth Scholarship to pursue Masters in the United Kingdom for three years.

I was blessed with a good life partner and he is a Surgeon in Govt Medical College. Sri Amma Bhagavan arranged everything for us to buy a new 3BHK apartment in Chennai within one year of marriage.

I was soon promoted as the Head of the Department of Community Medicine in a private medical college in Chennai at an young age. Through this promotion, my wealth status improved drastically and we no more faced any pressing financial problems and I was able to contribute more for our savings. I decided to show more of my gratitude to Sri Amma Bhagavan by becoming a GPM annual member. I could see that whatever you give, comes back to you many fold.

By Sri Amma Bhagavan Grace, soon my husband’s long awaited promotion in a nearby government medical college is almost granted. He cleared all exams here, and his name is next in the list.

My sincere heartfelt gratitude to Sri Amma Bhagavan who has blessed us with all the sources of wealth, protecting me and my family and being by my side always.

Thank You Amma Bhagavan.

WHY AM I ALWAYS TIRED?

Very often you feel tired, you can’t enjoy life because of non-stop thinking. So what’s the point of that thinking? So if all this must stop, you have to go back to inner integrity.

-Sri Bhagavan

Surrender is to see how life is shaping you

Surrender is to see how life is shaping you

True surrender is not passive submission; it is the awakened seeing of how life itself is shaping you. Every joy and every challenge is the Divine sculpting your consciousness, polishing the rough edges of the self. When you observe this movement without resistance, you begin to recognize the intelligence behind every event and emotion.

In that seeing, a deep trust is born. You no longer struggle to control life; you allow life to flow through you. This effortless acceptance opens you to Divine grace, where transformation happens naturally. Then, life is no longer something happening to you - it is something happening for you, shaping you into its own image of perfection. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to surrender and realise how life is shaping us.
