IS THERE THOUGHTS IN PRESENT?
In the present, you cannot think. Conversely, you can think of the past or the future. The present is a living experience. There is no thought at all.
-Sri Bhagavan
Energy is still when there is acceptance
When there is total acceptance, the movement of resistance within ceases. The mind, which is constantly judging, comparing, and rejecting, comes to a natural stillness. This stillness is not something you create; it happens effortlessly when you stop fighting what is. In that moment, energy that was once scattered in conflict and denial becomes whole and tranquil.
it is fullness. It is This stillness is not emptiness the living presence of the Divine manifesting as peace. When you accept life as it is, the fragmented energy of the self merges into the vast ocean of consciousness. In that sacred stillness, grace flows naturally, and all actions arise from harmony, not struggle. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to accept and keep our energy still.
Life is in the absence of thought
Life is in the absence of thought
Thought is a shadow of life-it interprets, divides, and labels, but never truly lives. When the mind is filled with thought, you exist only in the past or the future, never in the living now. True life unfolds only in the gap between thoughts, in the stillness where awareness simply is. In that silence, you encounter the sacred pulse of existence itself.
When thought subsides, life reveals its natural rhythm-effortless, spontaneous, and whole. You begin to see, hear, and feel without the distortion of the mind. Every moment becomes alive with Presence. In the absence of thought, you do not lose yourself; you rediscover who you truly are-Life eternal, expressing itself through this moment. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that life is in the absence of thought.
When God wants to heal, He uses love as medicine.

Life is in the absence of thought.

THERE ARE ONLY ASSUMPTIONS
What you call knowledge, opinion, or belief is but a bundle of assumptions. The mind lives in conclusions drawn from limited perception and calls them truth. Every thought you hold about yourself, about others, and about life is based on incomplete seeing. Thus, your world is not reality it is a projection born of assumption.
When this is understood deeply, the rigidity of the mind begins to dissolve. You no longer cling to what you think you know. A space of humility and wonder opens within you. In that openness, Truth reveals itself not through thought, but through direct seeing. Then life is no longer lived through assumptions, but through pure awareness, free and alive in every moment. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that there are only assumptions.

HOW TO DEVELOP ONENESS?
First you start with your own family, then the world, the you, extend it to the animals, the plants and then finally to God. That is why we use the word oneness.

SADHANA TO STAY WITH WHAT IS
SADHANA TO STAY WITH WHAT IS.~SRI BHAGAVAN
”Do this meditation 10 minutes in the morning or 10 minutes at night before going to sleep. Basically it is forming new neural connections in the brain as you do it regularly. This Sadhana (practice) can be done every time there is an emotional disturbance. You get best effect if you do it regularly.
-
Turn your attention inward. Invoke the Presence.
-
Take 5 deep breaths –inhale mouth, exhale nose.
-
Put yourself in a state of gratitude. This helps the neurons in your brain to be more receptive.
-
Tell yourself: “I give myself permission to feel anything. Anything.” Say it with affection. This is truly a non violent approach. You can feel anything inside. It does not hurt you or anyone else when you stay with it in your inner world in this practice. What exactly am I feeling? Not the name of the feelings, but what exactly are my thoughts. Be specific. Actually see it. Knowing is different from seeing. Allow yourself to see it.
-
Say: “This is the Truth right now.” What is here now might not be there the next moment, but stay with what is here right now.
-
Say: “Truth is never about the other. Truth is never about me. Truth is about What Is.”
-
Thank the Presence.

WHY AMI DESTROYING MYSELF?
You are destroying yourself because you are not able to handle the misery in you. So, this is the condition.
-Sri Bhagavan
——
YOU ARE CRAVING TO BE SOMETHING WHICH YOU ARE NOT, IS THE PROBLEM WITH YOU
The root of your restlessness lies in your craving to become something other than what you are. This constant movement away from yourself, this pursuit of an imagined ideal, is the very source of your suffering. In trying to be someone else, you deny the beauty and perfection of what already is.
When you see this clearly, the struggle to become ends, and with it the burden you carry. In the simple acceptance of your own being, a deep peace arises. You no longer strive to be; you simply are. And in that effortless being, the divine unfolds through you in its own natural way. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to stop craving and start accepting who we are.

Change the meaning you attach to a life experience to change your life
Change the meaning you attach to a life experience to change your life
Life itself is not the suffering or the joy you imagine; it is the meaning you give to every moment that weaves your experience. Events arise and pass like clouds, but the mind stamps them with stories of pain or victory. When you awaken to this truth, you see that the outer circumstances hold no power. It is the interpretation, the weight of thought, that binds you.
Turn inward and witness without judgment. Allow the meaning to shift from blame and fear to understanding and grace. In that simple shift, the same life that once appeared heavy becomes a path of freedom. When the heart surrenders, the Divine flows through every experience, and life reveals itself as pure blessing. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to change the meaning we attach to life experiences.
When you confront yourself, you will know who you are
As long as you escape from yourself, you remain a stranger to your own being. You hide behind masks, identities, and roles, fearing to face the truth within. But the self you avoid is the very source of your confusion and suffering.
When you courageously confront yourself your fears, your desires, your wounds, your conditioning a great revelation dawns. You begin to see who you truly are beyond the layers of illusion. In that direct seeing, the false dissolves, and the real shines forth as the Divine presence within you. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to confront and understand.
The glass could be seen as half full or half empty. It depends on your perception.

Atma Sakshathkara
Atma Sakshatkar Experience
Before, my life was very different from what it is today. But through the grace of Sri Paramjyoti Amma Bhagavan, and by sincerely participating in all the dharma programmes and courses, I have begun to experience a profound transformation within myself.
Earlier, suffering used to consume me, leaving me restless and heavy. Today, suffering arises but it does not stay for long-it simply passes away. In the past, whenever I had an argument with my wife, I would remain withdrawn and not speak to her for days together. Now, by Amma Bhagavan’s grace, that hurt does not stay even for five minutes; there is no carryover.
Conflicts and confusions do come at times, but whenever I turn to Amma Bhagavan in prayer, clarity dawns and I am able to move forward with peace. Comparison, which once dominated me, has almost disappeared. Hurt may still arise occasionally, but it quickly melts away. Guilt and fear too, which used to weigh me down, have reduced drastically when compared to the past.
The mind still generates thoughts, but there is a shift-I am aware of them, and they no longer trouble me as they once did. The Presence of the Divine has become so tangible that there are moments when uncontrollable joy takes over. Despite advancing in age, there is a new surge of energy in the body, as though I am being constantly replenished by the Divine.
For blessing me with these sacred mukti states and such a beautiful inner shift, I remain forever grateful to my beloved Sri Paramjyoti Amma Bhagavan. I surrender at Their Divine Lotus Feet in eternal gratitude and devotion.

BHAGAVAT SAKSHATKAR EXPERIENCE
BHAGAVAT SAKSHATKAR EXPERIENCE
After my mother conducted the satsang, a divine phenomenon unfolded before our eyes. We could feel the sacred presence of Sri Paramjyoti manifesting in the lamp, filling the space with a radiant grace. In that blessed moment, our hearts overflowed with joy, devotion, and gratitude, and we felt deeply touched by the Divine’s presence. Thank you SO much Sri Paramjyoti Amma Bhagavan.

You' are not thinking but thinking is an automatic process
Thinking is simply happening, like the beating of the heart or the flow of breath. It is an automatic movement of the mind, arising from the storehouse of memories and conditioning. The “you” who claims to be thinking is only an illusion created by thought itself.
When this is seen clearly, you stop being entangled with the mind’s endless chatter. Thoughts may come and go, but they no longer disturb you, for you know they are not yours. In that freedom, there is a deep silence - and in that silence, the Divine Presence is effortlessly experienced. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that thinking is automatic.
HOW TO RECEIVE DEEKSHA?
The Oneness Blessing (Deeksha) is given by laying hands on your head after praying or sometimes through intent. This allows the Oneness Blessing to flow.
-Sri Bhagavan
You will stop judging others when you stop judging yourself
All judgment you place upon another is but a reflection of the judgment you carry within yourself. The outer world is only a mirror to your inner world. When the heart is burdened with self-condemnation, it cannot help but project that same measure upon others. What you dislike in another is often a hidden wound within you, calling for your attention and healing.
The moment you begin to embrace yourself completely your thoughts, your emotions, your past without resistance, a great transformation happens. As the judgment towards yourself dissolves in the light of understanding, the need to judge others naturally disappears. In that sacred state, you simply witness life as it is, and in that witnessing, love alone remains. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to stop judging ourselves.
IS ONENESS LIMITED BY RELIGION?
The oneness transcends religious and cultural barriers from the fact that it only chooses to awaken each to his/her own spiritual tradition by facilitating a neurobiological shift, thus making religion a matter of personal choice and convenience. Hence people belonging to any faith or age group can receive the Blessing.
-Sri Bhagavan
ONE OF THE GREATEST GIFTS YOU CAN GIVE TO ANYONE IS THE GIFT OF ATTENTION AND LOVE
One of the most precious offerings you can make to another being is your full, undivided attention-where your presence becomes a healing force. When you truly listen, when you truly see another without judgment or resistance, the other begins to flower. This attention is not of the mind; it is of the heart. It is not about doing something-it is about being with the other as they are. Such sacred presence transforms both the giver and the receiver.
Love is not an action, it is a state of being. When attention flows from a heart filled with love, miracles unfold. Wounds begin to dissolve, isolation starts to disappear, and the divine begins to express through relationship. This is how you participate in the divine plan-not by grand gestures, but through the simplicity of loving attention. In that space, the other feels seen, felt, and cherished-and that, my child, is the beginning of healing for the world. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to give and receive attention and love.
HOW TO GET ONENESS BLESSING?
The Oneness Blessing neither requires practicing a particular way of living nor is an initiation into following a new path. It does not bind one to any philosophy or ideology.
-Sri Bhagavan
Transform yourself from being concerned to being connected
To be merely concerned is to stand at a distance, looking at another’s pain through the lens of thought, fear, or duty. Concern arises from the mind; it often carries judgment, helplessness, or the desire to fix. It may seem like care, but it lacks the depth of oneness. In this state, you remain separate, and the other remains an object of your sympathy.
But to be connected is to feel the other as yourself.
There is no separation-only shared presence, shared being. When you are connected, their sorrow becomes your sorrow, their joy your joy. This connection does not tire you; it awakens compassion, silence, and sacred action. In divine connection, love flows effortlessly, and healing naturally unfolds. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to move towards connected state.
