Sri Bhagavan on healing family

Sri Bhagavan on healing family

relationships:

The oneness teaching is, the world is perfect and there is nothing wrong with anybody. Everything is wrong with you and your perceptions. If you can become aware of that, your relationships can dramatically improve. You start living in heaven, the world has not changed, but you have changed. Because you have changed, the world is heaven.

Namaste

Jai Sri AmmaBhagavan

I have been walking on the path of Bhagavat Dharma since 2024. Ever since I began this divine journey, I have been blessed with immediate answers to my prayers, and I constantly feel protected and nurtured within the embrace of Sri AmmaBhagavan’s Love.

However, recently I experienced a period of inner dryness and disinterest that affected even my work life. The only solace I found was in the Divine Presence of the Sri Murti. In my prayers, I earnestly requested Sri AmmaBhagavan to accompany me not just at home but also to my work place. Miraculously, since that day, I have been receiving Soma every single day at work without fail. This experience has filled me with immense joy and deepened my connection with the Divine, making me feel like a cherished child of my Divine Parents.

Words fall short in expressing my gratitude to my beloved Sri Paramjyoti Bhagavati Bhagavan.

Jai bolo Anugraha pradata Sri Paramjyoti Bhagavati Bhagavan ki Jai!

Namaste,

Sri Amma Bhagavan Sharanam

I used to be extremely insecure and a people pleaser, which caused me a great deal of anxiety and disappointment. I was constantly afraid of not fitting in and of being judged by others. I would compare myself to everyone around me and overthink every little detail or conversation. Because of this, I rarely enjoyed life or did things that truly made me happy-l focused more on pleasing others than on fulfilling myself.

One day, a dear friend helped me connect with my Antaryamin, Sri Amma Bhagavan, and my life has completely transformed since then. I once had a strained relationship with my mother, and many people saw me as bossy or uncommunicative. I often ran away from my emotions. But from the moment I connected with Sri Amma Bhagavan, I felt an instant bond. As I began doing the processes, my thoughts started to feel lighter-like passing clouds.

Miracles began unfolding in my life, and I experienced deep inner joy and peace. My communication improved, and whenever problems arose, I learned to simply observe and feel my emotions fully without stress or worry about the outcome. My relationship with my mother healed beautifully; we grew closer, and she became like a friend to me. I learned to accept not only others for who they are but also myself-something I had struggled with for a long time. Today, I feel content with who I am and take on challenges calmly, without my mind being overactive.

Sri Amma Bhagavan have showered me with blessings and unconditional love, helping me rediscover what true love is. I now receive immense kindness not only from friends but also from co-workers. My life is filled with love, joy, happiness, and meaningful relationships. I am deeply grateful for every miracle-big or small- and for the simple blessings that unfold in my daily life.

Words can never truly express the love and gratitude I hold for Amma Bhagavan. Ananta Koti Pranams Sri Amma Bhagavan

Wealth Miracle - 18 Oct, 2025

Namaste

Sri Amma Bhagavan Sharanam

My nephew was not interested in studies at all. Even before his board examination, he did not become serious. He stopped going for tuition and when confronted, his standard reply was that he did not mind failing in the examination. His parents were extremely worried.

In our satsang circle, we prayed together to our loving Sri Amma Bhagavan to help my nephew pass his board exam. It was a sheer miracle that, with the Compassion of Sri Amma Bhagavan, my nephew cleared his exam!

After this, however, he was not getting admission in any college. We, once again, earnestly prayed again to our dear Sri Amma Bhagavan for his admission to a good college. And the miracle happened again! After slight problems, he was admitted to a college of our liking and we were very relieved. His admission was no less than getting a promotion in the work place! Such was the joy in the family when he went to the college for the first time.

I am very grateful to my Paramjyoti Sri Amma Bhagavan for answering my prayer and blessing my nephew with a breakthrough.

HEALTH MIRACLE

Namaste

Sri Amma Bhagavan Sharanam A

I was suffering from piles and asthma for 10 years. My blood pressure and uric acid level was high. It was very painful for me to walk after getting up from the bed in the morning. I was taking a lot of medicines but the health problems were continuing.

I was suffering a lot.

I came to know of the Compassionate Sri Amma Bhagavan and the importance of Satyaloka Havans. I participated in the Sahasranama Havan held at Satyaloka in 2024 and prayed for complete healing of my body.

After the Havan, Divine Blessings showered upon me. My health problems gradually vanished. Now, I am totally free from any health problems and living a life free from all medicines. This miraculous healing happened by the blessings of Arogya pradata Sri Amma Bhagavan in the Sahasranama Havan.

I extend gratitude from the core of my heart and immense thanks to Sri Amma Bhagavan for answering my prayer.

Jai bolo Arogya pradata Sri Amma Bhagavan ki jai!

To have good relationships, you must start with yourself, not with the other.

Sri Paramjyothi

You are not One: you are many

What you call “I” is not a single, unified being. Within you exist many selves-each with its own desires, fears, and conflicts. One part of you wants peace, another seeks recognition; one wants to forgive, another clings to hurt. These inner divisions constantly pull you in different directions, creating confusion and suffering. The illusion of being one is sustained only by thought, which tries to hold together this multiplicity under the label of “me.”

When you begin to observe these many selves without judgment, a great understanding dawns. You see that there is no fixed person-only movements of thought and emotion arising and passing away. In that seeing, the struggle to control or become something ends. What remains is silence, and in that silence, the Divine Presence reveals itself as the only true One. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan that we are many.

IS THERE THOUGHTS IN PRESENT?

In the present, you cannot think. Conversely, you can think of the past or the future. The present is a living experience. There is no thought at all.

-Sri Bhagavan

Energy is still when there is acceptance

When there is total acceptance, the movement of resistance within ceases. The mind, which is constantly judging, comparing, and rejecting, comes to a natural stillness. This stillness is not something you create; it happens effortlessly when you stop fighting what is. In that moment, energy that was once scattered in conflict and denial becomes whole and tranquil.

it is fullness. It is This stillness is not emptiness the living presence of the Divine manifesting as peace. When you accept life as it is, the fragmented energy of the self merges into the vast ocean of consciousness. In that sacred stillness, grace flows naturally, and all actions arise from harmony, not struggle. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to accept and keep our energy still.

Life is in the absence of thought

Life is in the absence of thought

Thought is a shadow of life-it interprets, divides, and labels, but never truly lives. When the mind is filled with thought, you exist only in the past or the future, never in the living now. True life unfolds only in the gap between thoughts, in the stillness where awareness simply is. In that silence, you encounter the sacred pulse of existence itself.

When thought subsides, life reveals its natural rhythm-effortless, spontaneous, and whole. You begin to see, hear, and feel without the distortion of the mind. Every moment becomes alive with Presence. In the absence of thought, you do not lose yourself; you rediscover who you truly are-Life eternal, expressing itself through this moment. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that life is in the absence of thought.

When God wants to heal, He uses love as medicine.

Sri Paramjyothi

——

Life is in the absence of thought.

THERE ARE ONLY ASSUMPTIONS

What you call knowledge, opinion, or belief is but a bundle of assumptions. The mind lives in conclusions drawn from limited perception and calls them truth. Every thought you hold about yourself, about others, and about life is based on incomplete seeing. Thus, your world is not reality it is a projection born of assumption.

When this is understood deeply, the rigidity of the mind begins to dissolve. You no longer cling to what you think you know. A space of humility and wonder opens within you. In that openness, Truth reveals itself not through thought, but through direct seeing. Then life is no longer lived through assumptions, but through pure awareness, free and alive in every moment. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that there are only assumptions.

HOW TO DEVELOP ONENESS?

First you start with your own family, then the world, the you, extend it to the animals, the plants and then finally to God. That is why we use the word oneness.

SADHANA TO STAY WITH WHAT IS

SADHANA TO STAY WITH WHAT IS.~SRI BHAGAVAN

”Do this meditation 10 minutes in the morning or 10 minutes at night before going to sleep. Basically it is forming new neural connections in the brain as you do it regularly. This Sadhana (practice) can be done every time there is an emotional disturbance. You get best effect if you do it regularly.

  1. Turn your attention inward. Invoke the Presence.

  2. Take 5 deep breaths –inhale mouth, exhale nose.

  3. Put yourself in a state of gratitude. This helps the neurons in your brain to be more receptive.

  4. Tell yourself: “I give myself permission to feel anything. Anything.” Say it with affection. This is truly a non violent approach. You can feel anything inside. It does not hurt you or anyone else when you stay with it in your inner world in this practice. What exactly am I feeling? Not the name of the feelings, but what exactly are my thoughts. Be specific. Actually see it. Knowing is different from seeing. Allow yourself to see it.

  5. Say: “This is the Truth right now.” What is here now might not be there the next moment, but stay with what is here right now.

  6. Say: “Truth is never about the other. Truth is never about me. Truth is about What Is.”

  7. Thank the Presence.

WHY AMI DESTROYING MYSELF?

You are destroying yourself because you are not able to handle the misery in you. So, this is the condition.

-Sri Bhagavan

——

YOU ARE CRAVING TO BE SOMETHING WHICH YOU ARE NOT, IS THE PROBLEM WITH YOU

The root of your restlessness lies in your craving to become something other than what you are. This constant movement away from yourself, this pursuit of an imagined ideal, is the very source of your suffering. In trying to be someone else, you deny the beauty and perfection of what already is.

When you see this clearly, the struggle to become ends, and with it the burden you carry. In the simple acceptance of your own being, a deep peace arises. You no longer strive to be; you simply are. And in that effortless being, the divine unfolds through you in its own natural way. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to stop craving and start accepting who we are.

A quote by Sri Bhagavan discusses the theme of self-destruction due to an inability to handle internal misery, with an image of two people at the top.

Change the meaning you attach to a life experience to change your life

Change the meaning you attach to a life experience to change your life

Life itself is not the suffering or the joy you imagine; it is the meaning you give to every moment that weaves your experience. Events arise and pass like clouds, but the mind stamps them with stories of pain or victory. When you awaken to this truth, you see that the outer circumstances hold no power. It is the interpretation, the weight of thought, that binds you.

Turn inward and witness without judgment. Allow the meaning to shift from blame and fear to understanding and grace. In that simple shift, the same life that once appeared heavy becomes a path of freedom. When the heart surrenders, the Divine flows through every experience, and life reveals itself as pure blessing. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to change the meaning we attach to life experiences.

When you confront yourself, you will know who you are

As long as you escape from yourself, you remain a stranger to your own being. You hide behind masks, identities, and roles, fearing to face the truth within. But the self you avoid is the very source of your confusion and suffering.

When you courageously confront yourself your fears, your desires, your wounds, your conditioning a great revelation dawns. You begin to see who you truly are beyond the layers of illusion. In that direct seeing, the false dissolves, and the real shines forth as the Divine presence within you. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to confront and understand.

The glass could be seen as half full or half empty. It depends on your perception.

Atma Sakshathkara

Atma Sakshatkar Experience

Before, my life was very different from what it is today. But through the grace of Sri Paramjyoti Amma Bhagavan, and by sincerely participating in all the dharma programmes and courses, I have begun to experience a profound transformation within myself.

Earlier, suffering used to consume me, leaving me restless and heavy. Today, suffering arises but it does not stay for long-it simply passes away. In the past, whenever I had an argument with my wife, I would remain withdrawn and not speak to her for days together. Now, by Amma Bhagavan’s grace, that hurt does not stay even for five minutes; there is no carryover.

Conflicts and confusions do come at times, but whenever I turn to Amma Bhagavan in prayer, clarity dawns and I am able to move forward with peace. Comparison, which once dominated me, has almost disappeared. Hurt may still arise occasionally, but it quickly melts away. Guilt and fear too, which used to weigh me down, have reduced drastically when compared to the past.

The mind still generates thoughts, but there is a shift-I am aware of them, and they no longer trouble me as they once did. The Presence of the Divine has become so tangible that there are moments when uncontrollable joy takes over. Despite advancing in age, there is a new surge of energy in the body, as though I am being constantly replenished by the Divine.

For blessing me with these sacred mukti states and such a beautiful inner shift, I remain forever grateful to my beloved Sri Paramjyoti Amma Bhagavan. I surrender at Their Divine Lotus Feet in eternal gratitude and devotion.
