Non-experience of 'What Is" is Suffering
When you resist the present moment, when you fight reality as it unfolds, suffering arises. It is not the situation that causes pain, but your refusal to experience it fully. Incomplete experiencing binds you to the past and projects fear into the future, keeping you trapped in suffering.
The moment you completely experience what is - without judgment, resistance, or escape suffering dissolves. What remains is a deep peace, a sacred stillness. Life then flows naturally, effortlessly. In the Light of full experiencing, you are free. This is the path to liberation, the blessing of Oneness. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to experience the ‘what is’.
What is important for success?
What is important for success?
The universe is like Aladdin’s magic lamp. It will give you whatever you seek.
Secondly, you need to have a focused mind, a mind that is capable of attention, that is capable of hard thinking. Thirdly, you ought to have excellent relationships within the family.
-Sri Bhagavan
Perfection or imperfection is only in your thought
The mind is the one that constantly judges and labels experiences, people, and situations as either perfect or imperfect. All things simply are - beyond the dualities created by thought. Reality is complete in itself; it is the mind that fragments and divides it based on conditioning.
When the mind becomes silent and stops measuring life, the experience of existence becomes effortless and beautiful. There is no striving for perfection, nor is there resistance to imperfection. Everything is seen as an expression of the Divine as it is. True peace arises not from changing the external world, but from the deep realization that perfection and imperfection are merely projections of our thinking mind. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand that imperfection only lies in thoughts.
Life is to be lived and not to be questioned.

Namaste Sri Amma Bhagavan Sharanam
I have been regularly attending the 11 day Mukti process. I now feel very strange because I no longer have the urgent need or desire to control and direct life. I wait for life to flow and take me where it seems I need to go. Everything happens immediately, so that all is synchronous and spontaneous.
I do not have a sense of purpose, no past, no future, I just am but all desires are gone - not that I cannot enjoy cooking a hearty meal but there is no attachment left. I am fully in the moment yet connect nothing with nothing, as all thoughts have ceased. They only if I require to focus on the course of my work. Miracles happen so fast, there is so little time between the thought/desire and it is instantaneous precipitation as the desired result.
My body seems so light as to be totally absent, when I am seeing - I see, when I listen - I listen. There is no separation between me and the other. I feel Oneness - a deep core sense of one continuous existence. Finally prayer is the most powerful weapon for transfer of state, bringing a totally out of control situation into harmony.

My father met with an accident in the year 2019. He was hospitalised. His left thigh got dislocated. It took one whole month for him to recover and get released from the hospital. Again, in the year 2023, he had to be admitted to the hospital, as his injured leg was giving him a lot of trouble. He wasn’t able to sit or walk properly without some other person’s help.
But this time, we gave him Soma, and miraculously, he was cured within one week. This was possible only through the ample grace of our dear Sri Paramjyoti Amma Bhagavan who always stands by me and helps me through my thick and thin. Ananta koti dhanyavad my dearest Lord Sri Paramjyoti Amma Bhagavan.
I love You so much.

How is vision important?
First and foremost you need a clear vision. A life without a vision is like a journey without a destination. Every one of you has an option: either to drift along like a dry leaf carried hither and tither by the winds, or fly like an arrow towards its goal, and the universe would help you reach where you want.
-Sri Bhagavan
Mind is divisive in nature
Mind constantly labels, compares, and separates - creating a sense of ‘me’ and ‘the other.’ This division is the root of all inner conflict and suffering. It does not see things as they are, but through the filters of past experiences and conditioning. As long as you are identified with the mind, there will always be separation, judgment, and fear.
True transformation begins when you observe the mind without resistance or judgment. In that awareness, the grip of the divisive mind begins to loosen. What remains is a state of oneness, a deep connection with all that is. This is the beginning of true love and peace. Let grace do its work - just see, just be. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to understand the nature of mind.

HEALTH MIRACLE
Namaste,
Sri Paramjyothi Bhaghavati Bhagavan Sharanam,
I thankfully wish to share Sri Paramjyothi’s blessings in my life.
Last year one day, my brother had fallen down and hit his head, while coming out of the bathroom after his bath. Suddenly He lost his consciousness. He was rushed to the nearby hospital. The doctors admitted him to the ICU, saying he was in a critical condition. I was constantly chanting the Moolamantra, from the moment i heard this accident,. When I came to see him at the hospital, he was unconscious. I felt afraid and was so much worried about his condition. Next day, While attending Dharma conference in the morning, I kept seeing Vaideeshwara Amma Baghavan while praying, near my brother’s bed. I had a vision of Bhagavan doing something to his head with scissors. Later, that morning, the doctor scanned him and said that in his results everything was normal, and that there will be no longer any problem. I could see the miracle hand of Sri Vaideeswara Paramjyothi Amma Baghavan blessing my brother with good health.
Anantha Kodi Padapranams Sri Vaideeshwara Paramjyothi Amma Bhagavan.
Jai Bolo Arogya Pradata Sri Paramjyothi Baghavathi Baghavan ki Jai.

Remember, a problem is big or small; itβs only your view, itβs not for god.
~ Sri Paramjyothi
What is karma?
Karma would mean what happened at the moment of conception, what were your mother’s thoughts when you were being carried in the womb.
What happened in the womb and how exactly you were delivered, the first six hours after delivery and sometimes you might have to go into past lives. So at that level we can solve any problem.
-Sri Bhagavan
Relationships are index of our life
Relationships are the index of life-they reflect the quality of your inner state. If there is hurt, misunderstanding, or conflict in any relationship, it is not simply the fault of the other person. It is a mirror showing you your own unresolved emotions, conditioning, and perceptions. The outer world is only a reflection of your inner world. This understanding is the beginning of true transformation. When you awaken to this truth, judgment drops, and healing begins within. Do not try to fix the other person or escape the relationship. Instead, go within and observe what is happening in you. Become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and the stories you tell yourself. As you grow in inner awareness and receive divine grace, your heart will begin to heal. Let’s pray to Sri Ammabhagavan to heal and embrace the relationships.

Be active in the external world but be passive in the internal world.
~ Sri Paramjyothi
How do images affect relationships?
The other thing is in relationships we build up images. Suppose you get married you start building up images about your wife and the wife about the husband. It can happen between any two people. There after the images start relating and you stop experiencing the person. Then also relationship dies.
-Sri Bhagavan
True index of growth is when someone is happy internally and also succeeds in worldly life too.
The true index of growth is when an individual experiences profound happiness and contentment within themselves. The internal peace, nurtured through spiritual wisdom and divine grace, transcends external circumstances. It is a reflection of the soul’s alignment with its higher purpose, where joy is not dependent on fleeting external factors, but arises from the deep understanding of one’s own nature and connection with the Divine.
Simultaneously, worldly success follows naturally when this internal harmony is cultivated. Success in material life is not merely the accumulation of wealth or achievements, but the ability to navigate the challenges of the world with grace, clarity, and balance. When one is anchored in spiritual fulfillment, all aspects of life, including career, relationships, and personal endeavors, align to support the flourishing of both the inner self and the outer journey. Let’s pray to Sri Amma bhagavan to succeed in external and internal world.

Everything in our life is destined by the Divine and our role is to execute the Divine plan
~ Sri Paramjyothi
What is the first level in healing relationships?
The problem of relationship can be handled at three levels.
At the first level you could use the teachings. Now, very often we have bad relationships, because we have been conditioned wrongly and we do not have certain insights. So, the teaching would help you there.
-Sri Bhagavan
Your life depends on the kind of God you have created
~ Sri Paramjyothi
Whatever humanity does, affects everything else because all things are connected.
Whatever humanity does-every thought, every action-reverberates through the entire cosmos, for all of creation is deeply interconnected. There is no separation; the individual and the collective, the seen and the unseen, are one. When a human being transforms, even slightly, that transformation touches the whole of humanity and the universe itself. Such is the sacred web of life that the Divine has woven.
The inner world and the outer world are not two. As we raise our consciousness and live in greater harmony, love, and awareness, the ripple effects reach far beyond what the mind can comprehend. Every act of compassion, every moment of stillness, every step toward oneness-these uplift not only us but the entire existence. Therefore, awakening is not personal-it is a gift to the whole of life. Let’s pray to Sri Amma Bhagavan to be mindful of the things we are doing.
How can I start working on myself?
The teaching says: to have good relationship start with yourself, not with the other. See who you are, accept yourself as you are and love yourself as you are'.
When this happens very naturally the other person would see you as you are, would accept you as you are, would love you as you are.
-Sri Bhagavan
